In China I paid my taxi guy two months worth + in his currency to get this photo. I was in a rush and on a time limit but had to make it to this legendary wall. I went on the side that was closed down so there it felt super rad to be like the only one roaming this side of the wall. I ran as far as I could within my time limit to snap this shot.
I work with Kihei parks and rec. 2-4 times a year running skate clinic events. This is the most recent event. We pretty much gave all kids that came in free complete skateboards. (like we usually always do) This event is strictly 10 and under so it gives the tiny people a chance to shred without being hassled by the others. This one little girl who tries to make it every time came straight from ballerina class got changed in the car on the way to the park and joined us. She was fully committed to getting her skateboarding on!
If you can guess where this is you win a fake $1,000,000. Cause I not telling.
This summer I went on a trip that was fully epic. Just ask me about this one when you see me. One highlight was when we went into an outdoor wave pool surrounded by 200+ people having the time of our lives. Also I got to do allot of "first ever" type stuff. It felt really awe some!
To top off one of the best years of my life, I went to Calgary. I got to spend time doing all the snow activities I never got to do living on an island most of my life. It was perfect weather most of the time. Except when I was leaving, i remember it was like -14. Just gotta say I think Lake Lousie is one of my new favorite places on earth now.
